Zusammenfassung
Bei 20 Kaninchen haben wir je 1 Auge vitrektomiert und in den Glaskörperraum 0,7-1,5
ml Healon injiziert. Das Partnerauge diente zur Kontrolle. Der intraokulare Druck
wurde präoperativ, unmittelbar postoperativ und anschließend 1 × tägl. für die Dauer
von 36 Tagen gemessen. Nach dem Austausch von 0,7-1,1 ml Glaskörper mit Healon wurde
keine postoperative Drucksteigerung beobachtet. Nach dem Austausch von 1,1-1,3 ml
wurde eine Drucksteigerung vom 2.-7. postoperativen Tag und nach dem Austausch von
1,3-1,5 ml eine Drucksteigerung vom 3.-18. postoperativen Tag beobachtet.
Summary
In 20 rabbits 0.7 to 1.5 ml of Healon was used to replace the vitreous body of one
eye after vitrectomy. The other eye was left as a control. IOP was measured preoperatively,
immediately postoperatively and once a day for the following 36 days. The substitution
of 0.7 to 1.1 ml of vitreous with Healon did not result in an increase in IOP. After
substitution of 1.1 to 1.3 ml an increase in IOP was observed from the 2nd to the
7th postoperative day, and substitution of 1.3 to 1.5 ml resulted in an increase from
the 3rd to the 18th postoperative day.
